Some old bikes just want to be resurrected from their state of rusty disrepair. They yearn to be born again as fresh, near-new machines waiting to hit the road… this bike was not one of those bikes. Don’t get me wrong, we enjoyed the process, but this bike fought us every step of the way! Near impossible to source parts, horribly rusted and messed up seat tube, and other challenges now blocked from memory. Now that that is behind us the Dayton is looking great. This bike is sporting some fresh paint as well as chrome plating to keep some of the original look.
