The Bicycle Escape has a close relationship with our friends at Deity, and we are more than excited to help them release their impressive 2017 product line up! This product launch has been developed and refined over the last three years and utilizes Deity’s proprietary molds and designs. The company has grown to a point where they have the resources to build on their success and further push the envelope in their areas of focus. They utilize technologies like gradient butting and uniform heat treating. What this means is that Deity only heat treats identical bars in the same batch. The temptation to throw all the bars in the same oven would save time BUT would not yield the best, strongest result. These technologies, as well as tons of testing, have helped the company develop lighter bars and their strongest stem to date, the Copperhead.
