Frederick Kid's Triathlon

This is a youth only event for ages 6-9 and 10-13.
The triathlon is Swim (100 meters), Bike (2 miles), Run (.75 miles).

Location: Frederick High School, 650 Carroll Parkway, Frederick, Maryland

This is a youth only event for ages 6 to 13. The triathlon is Pool Swim, Bike on residential roads (with volunteers and traffic support), Run on park path. Distances: Ages 6-9, Swim 100 meters, Bike approx 2 miles, Run .75 miles. Ages 10-13, Swim 150 meters, Bike approx 4 miles, Run 1.5 miles
